COAL MINING PROFESSIONALS – East Kalimantan
We have been retained by our clients with ambitious plans for growth, expansion and exploration of coal mines in East Kalimantan. Coat mining projects range from 10 Million to 38 Million tons and include construction of port, railway track linked to the coal mine site. We urgently need:
- General Manager / Project Director
- Joy Continuous Miners – Coal Mining
- Exploration engineer
- Materials / Stores Manager
- Finance / Accounts Manager
- Mechanical / Electrical engineers
General Manager / Project Director (expats or local) candidate with around 15 to 20 years experience in handling coal projects / start up/ production of about 10 Million tons per annum. Technically qualified with excellent leadership and project management skills (Code: GM / PD)
Joy Continuous Miners – Coal Mining (expats or local for Operations & Maintenance) about 5 years experience in operating and or maintenance of JOY continuous miners, open cast coat mining, experience in handling low rank coals / Lignite –Maintenance planning and scheduling for heavy equipment & exposure to conveyers and material handling system maintenance (Code : Joy Continuous)
Exploration engineer (expats or local) : 5 years experience in geological exploration of coal mines, exposure to topography, and bore hole data analysis, exposed to JORC techniques for coal resource and reserve estimation, conversant with mining software packages (Code : Exploration coal)
Materials / Stores Manager (expat or local) : with good experience in purchase / stores management / material management / reporting and analysis in.
Finance / Accounts Manager (Expat or local – two positions) : for posting at Kalimantan / or Jakarta : about 5 years experience in management of Finance / Accounting / tax and general administration, Prefer candidates for the Kalimantan position to be on bachelor status. (Code : Finance Mgr)
Senior HR Manager / and HR Asst Manager (local) with good experience in coal mines for overseeing above jobs and coordinating with Jakarta office. (Coal HR)
Mechanical / Electrical engineers (local) with experience in conveyor systems, heavy equipment and diesel generator sets, lighting towers, coal crushing / processing plant for posting at site office. (Code : Mech / Elect)
