Field Scheduling Lead

Field Scheduling Lead will perform necessary planning / scheduling work to assure all potential schedule conflict(s) or any manpower issues pertaining to the integrated WBU / OCC plans are brought to the attention of the appropriate construction supervision (Construction Execution Governance).

Status: Staff

Required Skills/Experience:

Bachelor Degree.
15 years in refinery / chemical plant related construction experience
7 years+ scheduling / planning experience
5 years+ management related experience (preferably within project controls or construction management)
5 years+ in using Primavera software
Understands current bp procedures including; CVP, Integrity Management, HSSE (PEMP) and have experience in applying them in field planning.

Coordination/Facilitation Skills
Familiarity With Maintenance Procedures
Expertise in Field Execution of the Work
Expertise in Mechanical Work Execution
Expertise in Primavera software including usage of P3E+
Expertise in Working With Field Contractors
